Refund policy

In store purchases can be returned within seven days of purchase for exchange or store credit only (sorry, no refunds). We are a small store managing an ever-changing selection of styles to keep your interest piqued, so we cannot accept returns past the seven day window. We are certain we’ll have something else in store that you will love, either now or next season. Items marked "Sale" are final sale.

Accessory purchases are final sale. Accessories include: belts, candles, handbags and wallets, jewelry, scarves.

Returns for online purchase must be delivered back to us within ten days of purchase. You can return online purchases for store credit, exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges

Return policy is subject to seasonal amendments. 

To return an item, please get in touch by emailing info@dearduchessboutique.com. 


Dear Duchess is not responsible for return shipping costs. We will process your refund as soon as your item is delivered in the same condition in which it was received (with tags, unworn, undamaged, unwashed). We cannot be held responsible for lost items or items damaged in the return shipment, so we recommend insured service.
